Submit a thorough yet concise paper. The total length of Chinese and English abstracts should not be more than one A4 page, and for the submitted paper, no more than 19 pages. Extra charge will be imposed on over-length papers.

Paper review will be conducted on-line. Please submit two versions of your paper: one without personal contact information and one with complete information.

One of the authors of the accepted papers shall present the papers in person at the Conference. Presenters failing to show up will be black-listed and his/her papers will not be accepted for two consecutive years.
